“Can I Kick It?” : Classic Kung Fu x Classic Hip-Hop Featuring the Film “The Matrix”

Shaolin Jazz will perform a special CAN I KICK IT? presentation on Wednesday, April 1st at the Elliott University Center Auditorium.
They will screen the sci-fi action classic THE MATRIX, but with the added twist of a live music soundtrack by DJ 2-Tone Jones.
THE MATRIX (The Wachowskis, 1999) is a seminal film that combines innovative martial arts choreography, groundbreaking CGI effects, and a philosophical debate about identity and purpose within an AI dominated dystopia.
